Booked a room with very good beds. The breakfast was savoury with good food.

Location: the hotel was just off the metro. Stopped by Cafe King to get some coffee and treats, it's a few steps away from the venue, recommend.

Everything was nice, favourable location close to metro bus, a huge mall walk distance and a good chain restaurant/bakery /multi store across the street, beautiful Mexico City and the Centro Histórico, attentive staff. Got a savoury breakfast included in my rate. The room was quiet and huge, I had facilities I needed. I really enjoyed excellent customer service.

I got great value for my money at the Holiday Inn. The room was comfy and the location was convenient. The staff treated us like VIPs, especially Ari the manager who surprised us with a birthday cake and decorated our room.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety and options.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a balcony with a great view. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Richardo at the front desk. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The pool was beautiful and refreshing, perfect for a relaxing swim. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The only drawback was that some staff members had difficulty speaking English.

I was blown away by the location of this hotel. It was in the real center of the city, making it easy to get to all the downtown sites. Plus, I didn't have to worry about finding transportation from the airport because there was a Metrobus station right next to this venue. Service-wise, the staff was top-notch. They offered room, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry services, plus a welcome drink upon arrival. I also appreciated the tours/ticket assistance, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. The soundproofed rooms were a nice touch, as I was able to sleep peacefully. Lastly, the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers made for a wonderful way to relax after a long day of exploring.

All in all, I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Wonderful beds, pillows, and linens. Super clean and well-maintained. Great air conditioning. Quiet despite being near a busy street. Convenient location near Walmart. Awesome breakfast buffet with a variety of options. Pleasant and helpful staff. Efficient and speedy service for lost item.

There was nothing I didn't like.

However, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to Walmart and shopping malls, as well as being close to Basilica Guadalupe and the Centro Histórico. The room had a jacuzzi, which was a nice touch for relaxation. The staff provided excellent service, with professional and accommodating staff who spoke good English. The breakfast buffet offered delicious food, and the fitness facilities were a plus. the hotel provided a pleasant environment for my group of friends.

The hotel's location in a sketchy neighborhood made us uncomfortable going out at night.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I appreciated the spacious room and the quiet atmosphere provided by its soundproofing. the hotel's rooftop pool and gym were great places to relax and exercise, respectively. The location of the hotel was also convenient due to its proximity to the metro system and easy access to various destinations.

My stay was hindered by a few setbacks. the absence of a fridge in the room was inconvenient, forcing me to constantly request a bucket of ice from the lobby.
